Four steps to solve hot stamping defects in heat transfer film:

1. Keep the machine clean: Keep the important components of the machine clean, free from oil and dust, keep the heat transfer film clean, free from fingerprints and dust, keep the printed products clean, free from dust and oil, keep the hands of the processor clean, free from oil and sweat.

2. Hot stamping temperature: Hot stamping temperature has a significant impact on the quality of heat transfer products. If the hot stamping temperature is too high, it can damage the substrate, while if the hot stamping temperature is too low, it may not achieve normal transfer. The heat transfer temperature should be determined based on factors such as the substrate, film, and heat transfer machine, and different materials have different heat transfer temperatures.

3. Hot stamping pressure: The hot stamping pressure must be adjusted to the most appropriate level, otherwise if it is too high, it can easily damage the glue head and the hot stamping object, and if it is too low, it can affect the hot stamping effect. After adjusting to the optimal hot stamping pressure, the pressure should be locked to prevent any changes during mass production.

4. Hot stamping speed: The hot stamping time (speed) should be determined based on the specific hot stamping material. While ensuring the hot stamping effect, the faster the speed, the higher the production efficiency. However, some products must use slow hot stamping due to certain special conditions.
