The importance of normative operations in the printing skills competition
DATE:2019-7-5   VISITORS:869

The printing skills competition is divided into two parts, one is theoretical assessment and the other is operational skills. Operating skills in these two parts is very important. Whether you can win in the operation skills depends on whether the operation is standardized.
The printing skill contest best reflects the normative operation: the matching of multi-color inks, and the printing of prints that conform to the prints within the specified time.
The deployment of multi-color inks is based on the player's hands-on ability to test the understanding of the knowledge of printing color. When materials such as ink, scraper, and ink-adjusting paper (board) are prepared, the order of normal operation should be:
Analyze the color sample → select the ink → determine the required ink volume → pick out the ink → blending → coating and scraping the ink sample → contrast → successive correction → cut the ink sample → paste next to the color sample → complete
It is not enough for the players to understand the order of operations, but also to work hard and accurate.
The Shanghai Printing Factory prints printed materials that match the printed samples within the specified time. The first step is to analyze the print, observe the plate, and determine the amount of ink on the plate; the second step is to accurately mount the plate; the third step is to give water and ink; the fourth step is the school plate... In this series of operations, the normative operation is very important, because the normative operation can reduce the auxiliary time and accurately adjust the ink and water balance. Not only that, but also save raw and auxiliary materials, and can print in the specified time. Produce a qualified print.
The normative operation is achieved through repeated practice in practice. I feel very profound about this. The reason is that I was the captain of the offset press when I was young. This time, I worked with Professor Chen Hong on the lithographer's book, the next volume. In the operation training section, this is especially relevant. It is now selected for reference by the tutor and the contestant.
Operational training steps
Operational training is the most important part of technical training. Therefore, in the operation training process, knowledge related to operational skills should be mentioned in order to better complete the training activities. The formation of operational skills is the process of gradually mastering a certain mode of operation through practice. Usually, it can be divided into three steps, namely, cognition, imitation and proficiency.
(1) Cognition
The purpose of cognition is to give learners a preliminary understanding of the operational skills they have learned. The main task is to form a directional operational impression based on the basic requirements of skill operations.
(2) Imitation
Imitation is a special form of learning that refers to emulating the mode of operation or behavior of the demonstrator, recreating the operation or behavior of the demonstrator. Imitation is a prerequisite for the operational impressions formed in the previous phase, and is carried out under the guidance and adjustment of the operational impression. The main task at this stage is to connect individual operational actions through repeated exercises.
(3) Skilled
Proficiency is based on the first two steps, through strict practice, the operator's skills are standardized, skilled, and highly adaptable. It is especially emphasized that this exercise is a purposeful, step-by-step, and instructional interactive interactive activity.
